Abaixo, você encontrará um link para a pesquisa "'Share your tools for Value Chain Finance'.

O objectivo desta pesquisa digital é de juntar materiais didacticos para facilitar o Financiamento de Cadeia de Valor. Esta pesquisa é uma iniciativa da Agri-ProFocus apoiado pelo ICCO e a Fair & Sustainable Advisory Services. A pesquisa está em inglês, mais podem responder em Português. Os resultados desta pesquisa serão compartilhados com vocês e todos os membros e parceiros da rede Agri-ProFocus.

Nosso objectivo é que todos os membros AgriProFocus terão acesso a um conjunto de ferramentas, manuais, guias etc. sobre o tema de “Finanças para Cadeias de Valor”.

Nós pedimos que você indica e compartilha connosco os materiais didacticos que você usa em seu trabalho com agricultores, suas organizações, institutos de micro finanças, bancos.

Como compartilhar suas materiais favoritas?
Simplesmente por afirmar, na pesquisa, o site, título e autor, para que possamos encontrar a ferramenta. Se isso não for possível, podem enviar por e-mail para [e-mail] .

Como você vai se beneficiar?
Após a conclusão do inquérito e recolha de todos as ferramentas, vamos disponibilizar o material progressivamente via o site http://apf-finance.ning.com de Finanças APF Ning.

Esta pesquisa vai ajudar a optimizar a utilização de materiais que já existem e irão evitar o "re-inventar a roda". Pedimos também a identificar a necessidade de materiais que você não tem e que podem precisar ser desenvolvidos.

Below you will find a link to the survey 'Share your tools for Value Chain Finance'. The aim of the survey is to create an overview of useful tools for facilitating Value Chain Finance. This survey is an initiative of Agri-ProFocus supported by ICCO and Fair & Sustainable advisory services. The results of this survey will be shared with all members and partners in the Agri-ProFocus network.

 

Our goal is that all AgriProFocus members will have access to a complete set of tools, manuals, etc. which will facilitate access to appropriate and affordable financial services by farmers, farmer organizations and SME's. We kindly ask you to indicate and share with us, the tools, manuals and checklists you have available on Value Chain Finance related issues, which are useful for Farmers, Farmer Organizations, MFI's and Banks and which could help facilitators in bringing these parties together.

How to share your favorite tools?
Simply by stating in the survey; the website, title and author so we can find the tool or by sending it by email to the survey-manager. You can write your responses and refer to or send tools in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

How will you benefit?
After completion of the survey and collection of all manuals and tools, we will make the complete database of existing tools progressively available to you through the APF Finance Ning. This survey will help you make optimal use of tools that already exist and will avoid ‘re-inventing the wheel’. We also ask you to identify the need for tools that you do not have and which may need to be developed.

 

In other words: we ask you to contribute from your rich experience and we offer you, in a few months time, access to a data base of numerous useful tools!

Over the last months, the 'Share your tools on value chain finance' yielded 70+ tools. We like to thank Lisette for some hard work, she carried out the survey. We also like to thank the 71 respondents and resource persons who helped us with their feedback.

- Find a summary of the survey set-up and results is in the annex.

- We collected all tools in the toolbox on the finance ning.

 

We like to follow-up with you on this survey and on further tool collection. You can get involved in the discussions replying below. We also plan for some face-to-face meeting with finance professionals and finance working groups in focus countries.Our questions are:

2.    Hot topics for farmers

Hot topics for farmers mentioned in this survey are side-selling, costs, pricing, negotiation with buyers, cash flow.

d) And what actions are being taken to tackle these hot topics?

 

3.    Ning and Delicious

Agri-ProFocus bookmarks the finance tools using Delicious and  these are displayed on the finance ning - see the back of this leaflet.

4.    Tools and expertise

Lack of tools may not be the only problem; one also needs the know-how to understand the situation, to select appropriate tools and to use and adapt tools to fit a specific situation.
